Included with each keychain set is your choice of key ring, stainless steel ball chain, or black steel coated ball chain. Please include in your "Notes to Seller" what your accessory preference is. If not relayed, default is a key ring.

From here, simply click on the camera icon to attach the image you would like to use for your order. Your image will automatically connect to your order as well as any conversations posted within.

Shipping & Policies:

Most orders will be created and shipped within 2-4 days of purchase. (Updated production times can always be found on our announcement page.) We use USPS 2 day priority shipping to ensure that you receive your highly anticipated order in a timely manner. Please note that 2 day priority is only an estimation, and can take up to a week for delivery depending on your location. Need it faster? We have a rush and express shipping upgrade to get it to you next day! As always, feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our shipping policy. Please double check your shipping address, as we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address that was previously given. All orders are neatly packaged and shipped with care.

How To Purchase:

Please contact us prior to purchase with any questions or concerns to ensure that we are on the same page as to what you expect to receive. We respond to all conversations within the hour, taking into consideration of busy seasons (holidays and such). For any custom orders with photos, or using your own handwriting, use the “ASK A QUESTION” link near the top of the listing. From there, you will be able to attach images as well as let us know of any details you would like addressed in your order.

Select the correct engraving selection: HW is only to be used with your own handwriting. If you are unsure of what to select, please just ask.

Font selections can be found on the photos of each listing.

Please keep words, phrases, and/or characters within the limit listed.

If you are a perfectionist, please feel free to request a digital proof (fee required for single order). Once purchased, we will program your piece, sending you a proof to approve before engraving. Please note, this can slow down our engraving and shipping process, depending on the time it takes for your approval. Proofs can be purchased in our upgrades and add on section.

Handwritten Items: Please use the “ASK A QUESTION” link near the top of the page to attach the image of the handwriting you would like to use. Handwritten items are priced based on a character count. The more characters used, the more programming time it takes, thus the higher cost. Character count does not include spaces. The clearer the image, the better the result. If need be, we can piece together characters to form a missing word to complete your creation. We will take care of sizing and clean up, to make sure your piece is flawless.

Photos: When using photos, note that the bigger the image, the better the quality and result of your product. High Quality images are your best option, yet we can still mark any image given to us. We will contact you, if for some reason, we are unable to engrave your photo. Once again, please send us your image prior to purchase so that we may approve your order. The only way to attach photos to your order, is to use the “ASK A QUESTION” link.

We at Vintage Branding Co. take pride in the work we have created for you. We reserve the right to use any images given to us for product display examples or listing images only. We will not use your images for another customers' actual product design.

However, if you would like to keep your images private, please let us know and we will take every opportunity to do so.

FREE SHIPPING option is shipped via USPS First Class. This does not include insurance or tracking. We will not be held responsible for postal carrier issues, lost, stolen, or damaged packages after your package leaves our shop.

We recommend upgrading to USPS Priority for small orders with high cost (handwritten items with high character count) or for those wishing for a faster, safer shipping option.

Jewelry: Jewelry items marked silver are highly tarnish-able- which is normal for Sterling Silver. Please take proper handling and storage precautions. Or consider purchasing Stainless steel as an alternative!

How do I send my image to be used for my order?

Please use the "MESSAGE VINTAGE BRANDING Co" link, found towards the bottom of the page, to attach photos and handwritten images. We will then link these images to your order after purchase.

When purchasing, please be sure to leave details, in the Personalization section at checkout, as to the exact wording for your engraving. This helps to insure that your order will be marked just as requested.
Please double check your notes BEFORE purchase! We will not be held responsible for last minute changes that may have not gotten passed on to the programmer in time.

How can I ensure that my product will look like I want it to?

Please be very specific in the NOTES section at checkout as to how you want it to read/look. You can always attach a photo of your requested layout. Proofs are available for purchase, as this does slow down our production time. Up to 2 revisions are included with a proof purchase. Orders over $175 will include a free proof.

Please double check your notes BEFORE purchase! We will not be held responsible for last minute changes that may have not gotten passed on to the programmer in time. If you have made a mistake on your purchase notes, we will ask you to cancel your order and REPURCHASE so that there is no confusion with your order. Please note that it may take up to a week for refunds to reflect back to your account (Etsy policies).

Custom and personalized orders

Any one of our items can be customized to your requests. We have done our best to create these options in our engraving selections on each product. Some graphics or requests may be subject to an additional charge. Custom orders are priced by the production time it takes to create. Gift wrapping and packaging

All of our products are neatly packaged within an envelope, ready to gift. If you are sending this as a gift, please let us know so that we do not include pricing on the invoice. Please refer to our ADD ON's and UPGRADES section for alternative gift wrap options. Wholesale purchases will be packaged within clear bags.


Digital proofs are available for purchase. This includes up to two revisions of which you will receive in 24-48 hrs after purchase. Once approved by you, we will start the engraving process.

Why do we charge?
This is where our artistic design comes in. We try to give many examples as to what we have previously created in our shop. We also have many reviews that you can read over to feel more comfortable with your purchase. Our products are priced based on how much programming time one may take. Proofs require additional set ups and design techniques.

This also helps us to be able to get everyone's order out more quickly, so you are not waiting weeks to receive your items.
If specific with your requests, we will create as requested.

Do you offer discounts or sales?

Occasionally we will offer store wide and individual product sales. Feel free to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to get first looks into these sales and upcoming new products. If you are purchasing more than one product with the same engraving, we do offer a small discount. Just ask before purchasing, we'll send you a coupon code! All returning customers will receive a 15% off coupon on their next purchase- please refer to your invoice within packaging for details.

I am unsure of which engraving option to choose?

If using your own handwritten image, please select one of the HW selections. This option does require more work and programming time, as reflected by the price difference. If you would rather choose a font from our font selections, please select a font/text engraving selection. Prices are also dependent on front and or back engravings since this requires additional set up and programming times. Etsy gives us a small character count for this section, we have tried to make these options as clear as possible. If you are unclear about which to choose from, please message us and we will be happy to let you know.

What can I expect as far as quality?

With 21+ years of engraving experience, we take pride in in knowing that each piece leaves our shop with flawless design. Our metals are cut, buffed and polished to ensure a clean finish. Each product goes through three quality inspections to make sure that your piece is just as requested.

We strive for perfection- we want you to be excited about your custom order and just as excited to gift it! Please message us, before purchasing, to clear up any concerns or misconceptions.

Concerning precious metals: tarnishing is normal- please follow proper procedures for keeping/storing your jewelry. We will not be held responsible for tarnished jewelry days and or weeks after receiving. For tips on how to care and clean, visit our Facebook page.

What do I do if my purchase is not what I ordered?

Although we strive for perfection, mistakes occasionally do happen- as we are human. If you are not happy with your finished product, please let us know. We will take every opportunity to make things right- within reason -we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges, as there is nothing we can do with your product once customized.

If we are at fault for a mistake, we may ask that you return the product in a sealed envelope to see if repairs or corrections can be made. Once the product has been received, we will send the corrected product back to you within 1-2 days priority mail.
